Customers can enter their own orders, or the administrators can do it for them. Here we see the administrator order entry procedure.
The order form shows all available products. The administrator form allows over-ordering, because the network can often get more products if they have more demand. The customer order form does not allow over-ordering.
The software manages shorts, notifying both the customer and administrators when the network cannot completely fill orders. This page would allow the administrators to allocate the available supply among all the customer orders. (In this case, there is only one.)
The software can automatically send short change emails to customers.
